Do you have a physical store?

No we do not have a store location, we are online only. 

How do I return an item?

Please email us at broadriverboutiquehelp@gmail.com and we will respond as quick as possible.

What size do I order?

Broad River Boutique, LLC gives measurements on each size in each item. We provide measurements of the pit to pit, waist and total length of each item. Please use these measurements to help you decide on what size to order.

What payment options do you accept?

When you hit "checkout" you will be directed to the forms of payment. PayPal and major credit cards.

Can I change an order that has already been placed?

Once orders are placed they can not be changed. The packaging and shipment process has already begun.

Can I pick up an item locally?

No, we no longer offer local pickup, we ship items only.
